The Problem

Vitally Vegan, a fast-growing wellness brand, was operating across multiple platforms—
Shopify for sales, Klaviyo for email, Meta Ads for paid media, and Amazon for wholesale
orders. But every team was looking at different data, from different tools, with no
alignment on what "success" looked like.

Reports were being built manually in spreadsheets. Marketing was measuring ROAS.
Sales was tracking revenue by SKU. Operations was forecasting inventory without
visibility into top-performing campaigns. Leadership lacked a single source of truth.

The Solution

Synced all data into Snowflake

Using Fivetran, we created automated pipelines from Shopify, Klaviyo, Meta Ads, Amazon Seller Central, and Google Analytics.

Standardized & cleaned the data with dbt

We built a semantic layer with dbt to model revenue attribution, customer lifetime value, and CAC by channel—no more conflicting metrics across departments.

Consistent reporting and metrics

All stakeholders now access the same Metabase dashboard—customized by role. Executives see high-level KPIs. Marketing can deep-dive into campaign ROAS. Sales can break down product velocity by channel.

Integrated predictive analytics

With a lightweight Python script, we forecasted inventory depletion rates using historical sales and ad velocity. This reduced stockouts by 37% in 60 days.
