Bello Media is a Miami-based full-service digital marketing firm specializing in multi-channel campaigns for mid-market and enterprise clients. The agency manages campaigns across website analytics, Meta (Facebook and Instagram) Ads, Google Ads and Analytics, and various CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
Reporting was a manual process, bootstrapped by the owners. They knew what was important to look at, but it took a very long time to get the answers they needed. Data was fragmented and scattered, leading to slow insights and inconsistent metrics.

The Solution

Synced all data into Snowflake
With a custom Airflow application, we ingested data from Google Analytics, Shopify, Meta, Google Ads, and Salesforce into Snowflake.
Standardized & cleaned the data with dbt
Using dbt, we generated raw staging models, and data marts to deliver clean and efficient reporting across internal processes AND client metrics.
Visualization in Tableau
Working with key stakeholders, we designed a suite of dashboards for high-level KPI’s, Channel Performance, Funnel Analysis, and Multi-touch attribution. Executives receive reports on an automated basis, with room for more reports as the business grows.
